RTI activist anarjit chauhan serious allegations



 Navi Mumbai RTI activist anarjit chauhan levelled a serious allegations against CIDCO and NMMC officials of openly favouring Pvt builders in the ongoing project at Nerul plot number R/3 A&B on the service road of palm beach, this plot was given by CIDCO against the rehabilitation of PAP of herdillia plant and it was meant for purely residential project with a FSI of 1 but the builder is given 1.5 FSI and CC for residential cum commercial projects,the activist is asking under which authority extra FSI and sanction for commercial projects is given,he has also quoted several cases where such demands were turned down by CIDCO and NMMC in the case of redevelopment of CIDCO buildings,it is obvious big corruption is involved in it, with the emails have been sent to all top government agencies, currently ongoing REGENCY group project at plot R/3A can be in trouble of cancellation of the project

eviction notice to M/S world renewal spiritual trust from Nerul sector 21 Shankaracharya garden NMMC Garden department issued eviction order on 16th June 2023 to the pvt trust under there name brahmakumaris were doing the work of maintenance and care taking of the garden from last few years but now brahmakumaris have stopped looking of the maintenance work and so NMMC have given contract to local contractor ,the 7 days notice period is over now when NMMC garden department will take the possession of the garden as brahmakumaris are still doing there activities of preaching to there followers inspite of notice period is over.
