Navi Mumbai youth Congress leader Vaibhav Sawant files PIL against NMMC, vaibhav sawant inspite of his several complaints against illegal and unauthorised construction in Juhu Gaon Vashi the concerned department officials failed to take any action against the ongoing illegal construction this for the safety and security of the common man who should not get cheated against buying flats in illegal project the PIL is filed in CBD Belapur court and the preliminary hearing is ON 12th April
